Ebbets AI LLC (“Ebbets AI,” “Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses certain third-party service providers and contractors to support the delivery, operation, security, maintenance, and development of the Ebbets AI Services.
Where these service providers may process Personal Data or other Customer Data on behalf of Ebbets AI in connection with providing the Services, we refer to them as Subprocessors.
This Subprocessor List is informational and supplements the applicable Agreement.

Primary cloud infrastructure, application hosting, databases, storage, networking, logging, monitoring, security, AI/ML infrastructure, and related platform services used to operate Ebbets AI.
Customer Data stored or processed through the Services; Customer-Specific Output; application data; files and attachments; technical metadata; logs; identifiers; vector embeddings; search indexes; and other information necessary to operate the Services.
Hexclave, Inc. (formerly Stack Auth)
Authentication, identity management, authorization, account access, session management, and related user-management functionality.
Authorized User names, email addresses, account identifiers, authentication information, authorization attributes, session information, and related technical metadata.
Promevo LLC
Software engineering, application development, platform maintenance, troubleshooting, technical support, deployment, testing, and related professional and technical services supporting the Ebbets AI platform.
Customer Data and Customer-Specific Output only to the extent reasonably necessary for authorized development, maintenance, troubleshooting, support, deployment, or security activities; application logs; technical metadata; configuration information; and system information.
Ebbets AI uses Google Cloud Platform (“GCP”) as its underlying cloud infrastructure provider.
Customer Data hosted by Ebbets AI is maintained within the Google Cloud environment in accordance with the hosting-location commitments contained in the applicable Agreement.
Google may use its own affiliates and third-party subprocessors to provide data-center operations, service maintenance, technical support, infrastructure, and related Google Cloud services. Google's then-current published Google Cloud subprocessor disclosures govern Google's use of those downstream providers.
Ebbets AI does not separately list every Google Cloud downstream subprocessor on this page.
Promevo provides software development and ongoing technical services to Ebbets AI, including building, maintaining, supporting, and improving the Ebbets AI software platform.
Promevo personnel may receive limited access to production systems or Customer Data where reasonably necessary to:
Access to Customer Data is limited to personnel with a legitimate business need and is subject to confidentiality and security obligations.
Where practicable, Ebbets AI may use development, test, synthetic, deidentified, or otherwise limited data rather than production Customer Data.
Ebbets AI uses Hexclave, Inc., formerly known as Stack Auth, to provide authentication and user-management functionality.
Information processed through the authentication service may include user identity information, email addresses, account identifiers, authentication and authorization information, session information, and related technical metadata.
Passwords or authentication credentials are managed through the authentication architecture used by the Services and should not be interpreted as Customer authorization for Ebbets AI personnel to access an Authorized User's password.
Ebbets AI requires its Subprocessors to process Customer Data only as reasonably necessary to provide services to Ebbets AI and subject to contractual confidentiality, security, and data-protection obligations appropriate to the nature of the services being provided.
Use of a Subprocessor does not transfer ownership of Customer Data to Ebbets AI or the Subprocessor.
Subprocessors may access Customer Data only to the extent necessary for the functions they perform on behalf of Ebbets AI.
Ebbets AI's primary hosting and storage environment is maintained using Google Cloud Platform in the United States as specified in the applicable Agreement.
Certain Subprocessor personnel, including technical, engineering, security, or support personnel, may remotely access systems from other locations when reasonably necessary to provide their services. Remote access does not, by itself, change the designated primary hosting location.
A Subprocessor may also use its own affiliates or downstream subprocessors in accordance with its contractual obligations to Ebbets AI.
Ebbets AI may add, replace, or remove Subprocessors as its Services, infrastructure, technology, and operational requirements evolve.
Ebbets AI may update this page periodically to reflect those changes.
Unless the applicable Agreement expressly provides otherwise, Customer approval is not required for the appointment or replacement of an individual Subprocessor.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.

If this Subprocessor List conflicts with an executed Agreement, the Agreement controls in accordance with its order-of-precedence provisions.
